The livestream ends. The garage stays open.
Yardcast lets a seller show an item on their phone, describe it, and name a starting bid. That moment becomes a playable video listing for nearby buyers. After the broadcast ends, the same garage and clips remain available for local pickup.
Garage sales are easy to miss, and listing every item separately is work. A livestream shows condition but usually leaves no inventory afterward. Yardcast’s idea is clip-as-listing for Austin pickup — less listing work, and a sale that stays discoverable after the camera stops.
Built phone-first for the Cursor Austin × AITX hackathon (Sep 19, 2026). Stack: Next.js on Vercel, Supabase, LiveKit path; Ezven directed Codex, Cursor, OpenClaw, and Grok agents. Demo: https://yardcast-lemon.vercel.app/demo (guided / prerecorded where noted) and https://yardcast-lemon.vercel.app/sale/mike-driveway. Repo: https://github.com/clawdez/yardcast.
Impact goal: fewer missed nearby finds; listings that match what buyers saw. Honest scope: guided demo uses prerecorded footage and simulated activity where the README says so; full two-phone LiveKit verification is still in progress.
