Project Resonance: Cognitive-Load-Aware SCADA
The Problem: Traditional industrial dashboards blind watchstanders with cascading red alarms during a casualty, maximizing cognitive overload exactly when an operator needs to think clearly.
The Solution: Resonance is an empathy-driven UI that maps human biometric data against mechanical telemetry. Using a dynamic 4-state machine, the dashboard actively reads operator Heart Rate and Engine RPM. As stress and system instability rise, the UI deliberately degrades—stripping away complex data grids and leaving only the absolute critical triage directive.
Tech Stack:
• Frontend: Next.js (React) & Tailwind CSS
• Backend: Supabase Realtime (PostgreSQL) with a decoupled, debounced WebSocket architecture to prevent race conditions.
